We may change, suspend, or discontinue portions of MoneyTuck as the product evolves. We do not promise that every feature or service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

MoneyTuck may rely on or link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and MoneyTuck is not responsible for third-party products or services outside our control.
No guarantees
MoneyTuck is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee financial outcomes, investment performance, tax results, or the accuracy of every third-party data source or assumption.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MoneyTuck LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as MoneyTuck changes. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
